WHICH AREAS DO YOU COVER?
I offer mobile treatments across the following areas: Aberdeen West, Cults, Bieldside, Milltimber, Peterculter, Drumoak, Crathes, Banchory, Echt, Dunecht, Westhill, Kingswells, Dyce, Blackburn, Kinellar, Kintore, Kemnay, Inverurie. If your location isn't listed, please feel free to get in touch - I often travel to nearby areas whenever possible Travel charges may apply.

DO YOU VISIT BOTH HOUSES AND FLATS FOR TREATMENTS?
I'm delighted to bring your treatment to the comfort of your home - whether that's a house or a flat. Because my equipment can be quite heavy, I kindly ask that appointments take place on the ground or first floor. A driveway is ideal, but if there's guaranteed on-street parking close by, that's absolutely fine too. Please note that any parking charges will be added to your final total.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANYTHING?
I bring everything needed to create a professional, relaxing treatment space - including my beauty couch, towels, protective floor covering, extra lighting, and extension cable. All I ask is access to a room with enough space for a 6ft couch (if required for your treatment), an electrical socket, and a nearby sink for water if needed.
IS IT OKAY TO HAVE PETS OR CHILDREN NEARBY DURING MY APPOINTMENT?
I adore animals and am always happy to greet your furry companions. For everyone's comfort and safety, I kindly ask that pets are kept in another room during waxing treatments.
One of the many joys of home treatments is that there is no need to arrange childcare - your little ones can be close by while you relax. I simply ask for a little extra care around the wax pot, especially with curious toddlers about.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept cash or bank transfer.
I completely understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change! However, as appointment times are specially reserved for you, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
Same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
This policy helps me manage my schedule and offer appointments to other clients who may be waiting.
